The sub-contractors we use have worked with our team for 15 plus years and value us as customers. As a result, we can obtain the most aggressive pricing possible from them. When these efforts and experience are combined, we can build a home with enough profit for everyone involved. This is why we use a Fee Based Structure when building a custom home.
